Story
The long-awaited AI Sequencer video!! Watch me as I explain a synth DIY project I've been working on for a good part of lockdown, with issues ranging from literal explosions to the limits of mathematics. Features original music created solely using the After Eight Step and Ableton Live throughout.
The After Eight Step is an Arduino and Max powered 8 step sequencer with modern machine learning functionality. Using Markov Chains, it can generate musical accompaniment based on any sequence of notes! This seriously took a lot of work, and I'm really proud of this whole endeavour.
