Elegoo Saturn Review

Post »

I was thrilled to receive a test unit of the Elegoo Saturn. Overall, I'm really impressed. It's larger than the Elegoo Mars/Mars Pro, with a 18.8cm(L) x 11.5cm(W) x 20cm(H) or 7.4in x 4.52in x 7.87in dimensions. And it's 22 lbs. Its build volume is 7.40in x 4.52in x 7.87in compared to 4.72 x 2.68 x 6.10 in on the Elegoo Mars Pro. In my beta unit, the XY resolution remains unchanged at 0.075mm (2560*1600). However, after listening to feedback, Elegoo upped the Elegoo Saturn's resolution to 4K and promises to maintain an affordable price point. It's a great printer for printing larger objects, a limitation of the Mars/Mars Pro and many other resin printers. Anyone else planning to get an Elegoo Saturn, or have other resin printers to recommend?
